Hello! I just returned from Indian Hot Springs Ranch. My nephew is the foreman and keeps on eye on things for the owner. I was doing research on cost and land and such. I noticed the sewer and water seem to still be a problem this area. Were you successful for drilling for water or do you have it trucked in? Thinking of buying a small 20 acre parcel to keep for retirement and vacation. It is truly a special place down there.

I am a real estate broker and have two 100 acre tracts for sale in El Paso Ranches subdivision. I've never been there and know nothing about the area. Does anyone have a plat? Information? Interest? $25,000 per 100 lot.

My husband and I just bought Unit 455, tracts 12,13,21 in Section 23, block 39. It's 60 Acres. We be moving out there sometime this year.
